Custom Phenolic Tags and ID Plates
Phenolic (also known as Lamicoid) is a non-conductive material used for specialty tags, labels, legend plates and name plates where electrical safety is a concern.
Characteristics of phenolic tags include:
- Excellent electrical insulator
- Abrasion, heat, and chemical resistant
- Stain resistant multi-layered acrylic for indoor applications
Our phenolic tags are 3-ply and 1/16″ thick; the rigid thermoset material is electrically non-conductive. They are scratch resistant and have a low glare satin finish.
They meet requirements for Mil Spec LP-387A Type N.D.P. LP 509.
