In 2014 we ordered 137 aluminum self adhesive address tags to be applied to our cluster mail boxes here at the Sunwest Mobile Home development. We are in the Lower Rio Grande Valley in Harlingen Texas where the summer climate is extreme at times. Temperatures routinely exceed 100 degrees and the bright sun bleaches everything including the street signs. I had concerns about the durability of the lettering and the adhesive on your product when I placed the order. I have to tell you that I am incredibly satisfied on all counts. The new tags were exactly as ordered with a different address on each tag. After 7 years in this environment your tags are still tightly adhering to the mailbox doors and they look pretty much as they did when they were new. In comparison, the labels applied by the mailbox manufacturer (1, 2, 3, 4, etc) have started to fade and in some cases have begun to peel. I would heartily recommend Nap Tags to anyone who should ask and I would not hesitate to order your products again should the need arise.”

The Studio Acting Conservatory … needed a number of signs that would be in line with regulations but also looked good and like they belonged to the aesthetics of the new building, plus the Conservatory is a non-profit organization so they needed to be within our budget. Most companies I approached with the project while claiming we could have custom signs— could not deliver. They couldn’t give us the font; they couldn’t give us the artwork. Then I found Nap’s. I sent them the first draft of what we wanted. … It was a thoughtful, thorough, and efficient process and the signs are beyond terrific (and they were reasonably priced). Everyone is impressed with them. We couldn’t be happier with the process, the quick turnaround and our custom signs. In a world where everything is mass produced, it was great to work with a company which is dedicated to good work and working with customers. Thanks especially to Rachel Decker—she made it easy for us.
